Prophet Tavarez Tate

Prophet Tavarez Tate is the founder and Executive President of Team Jesus Ministries at the University of West Georgia in Carrollton, Georgia. Elder Tate born and raised in the southeast of Atlanta Ga. The call of God was very evident in his life and accepted at a young age; as he grew up with all odds and statistics against him he, in turn, gave his life to the Lord and was filled with the Holy Ghost at the young age of 9. Accepting the call of God at a young age was not easy for Elder Tate, for he experienced much ridicule and rejection by many because of his stance for holiness and his love to serve God throughout grade school. Therefore, through his many experiences and trials at a young age, he developed a burden and love to see young people saved, delivered, and unashamed of Jesus Christ in their youth too. Elder Tavarez Tate used mightily by God at an early age to prophesy, lay hands on the sick, and the working of miracles was affirmed as a Prophet at the age of 12. As Prophet Tavarez Tate followed the leading of God he attended UWG in 2011 as his college of choice for the sole assignment of Ministry at this University. Soon after being admitted to UWG, Team Jesus Ministries was established the next semester and through the Vision, God gave him an impact has been made to hundreds of souls that has testified of Supernatural healings/miracles and has given their life over to the Lord. This ministry that began as an assignment transitioned into a movement and has become a tower of hope throughout the campus of West Georgia and others.
